Yoga is an important part of her life,Actress Jennifer Aniston says and she finds herself in bad mood if she didn't get the time to practice it.

Jennifer Aniston says"I do yoga, yoga is very important. I love it. If I'm not doing it, then my spirit sort of goes. I try to do some form of exercise, even if it's just for 20 minute a day, so that I get my body sweating and blood pumping,"

The 42-year-old also admits that she is not always strict with her eating habits.

She indulge when she want to indulge but she guess it's all in moderation and consistency," Jennifer Aniston said.
