John Abraham loves to train


There is a lot of hard work that goes behind building and then maintaining a body like actor John Abraham’s.And now sources close to the actor say that John didn’t just build his body by lifting weights and spending hours at the gym.

One source reveals that John tests his flexibility and endurance levels by training on a trampoline. Though it can be disputed, sources also say that John is the only actor in Bollywood who regularly trains on the said equipment.

“It’s funny, actually. Sometimes, you go to John’s house and you end up seeing him jumping up and down, literally! Ask him what is wrong with him and he just smiles saying he’s training,” says a source close to the actor.

Fitness experts say that apart from increasing your stamina, jumping on the trampoline is a great way to strengthen your calf muscles. “Actually, it’s a fun thing to do and John recommends this to all his friends. It was during the course of a movie shoot (during the shoot of a song) that John was asked to jump on a trampoline. He had so much fun doing it that he decided to learn more and buid an exercise regime around it. His trampoline is a small one but it’s fun to see John jumping on that thing, wearing nothing but shorts,” gushes his friend.

When After Hrs got in touch with John, he confirmed that jumping on a trampoline is a fun way for him to get some exercise along with some recreation.

“There are times when I’m just by myself. Jumping on the trampoline becomes the easiest and the most enjoyable thing to do then,” said the actor.
